中國美術學院第二屆學院盃青少年創意作品展示活動2025-2026注意需知： 知識產權 1每個參賽單位都應確保提交的設計是新作品和原創作品。參賽單位應該是該設計的知識產權的唯一擁有人／單位，並且他／她應採取適當的措施來保護其設計。 2因本比賽中提交的參賽設計所引起的任何知識產權侵權訴訟及賠償，主辦機構概不承擔任何責任。 3主辦機構保留在本比賽及其所有後續活動中展示和宣傳參賽單位所提交的設計模型的權利。 4主辦機構將謹慎處理所有參賽單位提交的設計原型，但主辦機構不會為本比賽中提交的參賽設計模型的任何損壞或損失負責。 其他注意事項 1參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。 2主辦機構有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。 3參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。 4參賽作品必須為原創及不會侵犯第三者的權利 包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權 。如有違規，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，主辦機構概不負責。 5參賽者必須得到其家長或監護人同意報名參賽及透過其家長或監護人遞交參賽作品。 6參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡，倘發現參賽者之報名資格與真實年齡不相符，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格 。 7參賽者（包括參賽者的家長和老師）須明瞭和同意本次比賽的規則和章程。參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。 8評判會就一切藝術事宜作出最後決定。如有任何情況不能以本比賽章程內任何條文解釋，或一切行政及比賽事宜，將以本會執行委員會對比賽章程之詮譯作出最終決定。主辦單位的裁定為最終的裁決，任何人士均不得異議。 Notices: Intellectual Property 1. Each participant must ensure that the design they submit is new and original. The participant shall be the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the design and shall take appropriate measures to protect their design. 2. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any intellectual property infringement lawsuits or claims arising from the designs submitted in this competition. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to display and promote the design models submitted by the participants in this competition and all subsequent events. 4. The Organizer will handle all design prototypes submitted by the participants with care, but will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the design models submitted in this competition. Other Notes 1. Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, offensive, insulting, or any other controversial or inappropriate content. 2. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries that are inappropriate, irrelevant to the competition theme, or incorrectly formatted. 3. Entries must not contain commercial or political propaganda. 4. Entries must be original and not infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy. Any violation will result in disqualification from the competition or the prize. If the entry violates any law, all legal consequences will be borne by the entrant, and the organizer will not be held responsible. 5. Entrants must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians to register and submit their entries through their parents or guardians. 6. Entrants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is discovered that an entrant's registered age does not match their actual age, the organizer and the judging panel reserve the right to disqualify the entrant from the relevant event. 7. Entrants (including their parents and teachers) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If an entrant violates any of the competition regulations, the organizer and the judging panel reserve the right to disqualify the entrant. 8. The judging panel will make the final decision on all artistic matters. In the event of any inconsistency between the interpretation of any provision of these competition regulations and all administrative and competition matters, the final decision will be made by the Association's Executive Committee. The organizer's decision is final and no one may challenge it.
